I always park in Wilkinson's car park Gateshead. The parking charges were increased from 3.50 to 4 for up to 24 hours this week.. However image my bewilderment when yesterday 25 June I was charged 5 for up to 24 hours. Anyone using this car park this week please be aware the parking charges do not match the new signs. 'The machine is confused' or the person responsible for resetting the machine is. Problem highlighted and the machine has been reset. Immediate reaction error on machine, correct from 26 June 2019. I have upgraded stars allocated from 1 to 5. Good customer service prompt reaction, proactive.
